The Direct Sourcing Forum was founded in 2020 by staffing industry executives who understood that traditional staffing models had become outdated and few employers had adopted a digital transformation strategy to recover from the Covid Pandemic, Great Resignation, and AI Onslaught.

Direct Sourcing refers to using your company's brand to attract talent, leveraging AI to match talent, and cultivating your talent community as a long term asset.  We created the Direct Sourcing Forum to examine trends, best practices, and opportunities.
